Kathmandu. Jhapa FC and Kathmandu Rayzrs shared the spoils playing a 0-0 draw in the Nepal Super League, franchise football tournament, at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu, Thursday.
Both Jhapa and Kathmandu played second draws each in the NSL after as many games. Jhapa had played a goalless draw against Lumbini and Kathmandu had settled for a 2-2 draw against Lalitpur City FC in their opening games.

The drab affair saw both the sides create very few scoring opportunities in the game with Kathmandu threatening as early as in the sixth minute. Kathmandu’s Senegalese forward Amadou Dipo smashed on the woodwork.
Jhapa’s first real chance came in the first minute of the second half when Arsic Lazar applied a scorcher from the edge of the area only for goalie Abishek Rijal to deny it. Jhapa came closer to scoring yet again in stoppage time but Arun Thapa’s left flank strike smashed onthe crossbar.
